This property is closed for renovations - reopening date is unknown at this stage. Sitting proudly at the edge of the escarpment, commanding breathtaking views of both the Megalong Valley and Kanimbla Ranges, the Hydro Majestic Hotel is situated in the leafy town of Medlow Bath, yet only a five minute drive from Katoomba. Once part of the original Belgravia Hotel, the famous Australian retailer Mark Foy purchased the site in 1902 for the purpose of a luxurious hydropathic sanatorium. Today, after a series of refurbishments during the 1990s, it is now a celebration of Art Deco, Edwardian and French Provincial with a twist of contemporary design. Besides the culinary delights, you can also enjoy the amazing uninterrupted panoramic views of Megalong Valley from the elegantly designed breakfast room and function room. |
