Café Josophans now have two outlets - the well know Cafe Josophans in Leura and their new Josophan Chocolate Retail store in Blackheath Cafe Josophan Leura - Produces gourmet food using the finest fresh ingredients, to produce clean, simple, high quality food. They also specialise in fine delicious treats including handmade Swiss, French & Belgian chocolate blocks. They are open for breakfast, lunch and offer dessert menus with specialty teas, premium coffee and Belgian hot chocolate Josophan At Blackheath - Is their retail outlet where they also create their award winning chocolates. Here you can select your favourite chocolates and gifts. They also cater weddings, functions while corporate ideas are available on request with a Chocolate fountain hire for your next party or event. This year they won the 2008 Champion Chocolate Exhibit at the Sydney Royal Show. Of the five exhibits Josophans entered, they received five medals, and their 'French Collection' received the highest points overall of the Gold Medals, placing Josophans as the overall winner and Champion Chocolate Exhibit 2008. The French Collection was inspired by Jodie's trip to the World Chocolate Masters and the Salon du Chocolate exhibition in Paris in October 2007 and the bold flavours being used by the artisan French chocolatiers. This is the second time Josophans' have won overall Champion Chocolate Exhibit at the Sydney Royal Show in the last three years. |
