Pendower House is a beautifully restored Victorian era home. Three ensuite rooms provide high quality linens, toiletries and furnishings and the two guest lounges have open fires, library, CD players, TV, and tea & coffee making facilities. Entire house has central heating to keep you warm and toasty in winter and high ceilings for summer time.
Of course in true traditional B&B style you can enjoy being served a fully cooked four course delicious country breakfast, all provided in the tariff. Crepes, free range eggs and crispy grilled bacon, mushie and other local seasonal goodies, offee, tea or just a delicious hot chocolate.
There is also a luxury spa suite, including queen bed, double spa, television/DVD/CD player, air-conditioning, reverse heating and private courtyard. Pendower House is a short stroll to restaurants, cafes, galleries, markets and Lake Daylesford. Beautiful walks around the Lake or to mineral springs and watch out for kangaroos and occasionally a koala. Short or long walks - just ask the owners as they've been on many of the tracks around Daylesford. Massage and spa packages can be arranged either at a studio/clinic or in-house, maybe try a private Yoga lesson, or finally and hour or two with the resident artist for a private art session. Very easy to organise.
Five minute drive to the wonderful Sunday Market, Old train station for a train journey through the Wombat Forest or to the Hepburn BathHouse.
