Jacomb's Cottage Walhalla is a charming old style cottage in the historic gold-mining town of Walhalla, Gippsland, only 2.5 hours east of Melbourne in the foothills of the Victorian Alps.
The cottage replicates one of the outbuildings of the former Jacomb's Criterion Hotel which was originally built in 1867, during the height of gold-mining in the town.
The original Criterion Hotel was delicensed in 1913 at the end of the gold-era and demolished soon after.
