Tandara Caravan Park is located half way between Morwell and Traralgon, at the corner of Princes Highway and Village Avenue - immediately opposite Latrobe Regional Hospital.
The park consists of 141 powered sites on ten acres of attractive gardens - a well laid out village with made roads, kerbing, street lighting, street signs and security entry. The sites are large, giving a feeling of spaciousness with room to move. Prolific birdlife adds to the tranquillity of the park.
All sites have power, private bathrooms, and concrete annexe pads. Well designed landscaping over a period of years provides mature trees shading level sites.
Shaded camping areas provide an excellent setting for tent lovers and for the less adventurous, the onsite cabins prove very popular.
Facilities include a kiosk, LPG gas, public telephone, laundry with washing machines, dryers, ironing, full size tennis court, large swimming pool, play ground, roofed barbeque area and comfortable games room with pool table, table tennis table and electronic games.
The deluxe cabins accommodate up to six people in two bedrooms. They are all equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, full kitchen facilities, colour TV, indoor bathroom/toilets.
The premium cabins accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms. They are all equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, full kitchen facilities and colour TV. The bathroom is detached from the cabin by two or three metres, however is exclusive to each cabin.
The standard cabins are the same layout as the Premium cabins with fully equipped kitchen and clor TV. They also have detached bathrooms. These cabins are not air-conditioned, however they are equipped with heaters and pedestal fans.
