For seclusion, peace and tranquillity in the heart of Halls Gap and to enjoy conservation protected bushland adjoining the Grampians National Park, book you accommodation at Grampians Wonderland Cottages.
Grampians Wonderland Cottages has six self contained cottages set amongst 20acres of bush land within easy walking distance of Halls Gap shops, restaurants, swimming pool etc. Kangaroos, many native birds and other native wildlife share the environment with our guests. Each two bedroom cabin is fully self-contained. Three cottages sleep six guests and three sleep four guests. There is one queen bedroom and either two single beds or two sets of bunks beds in the second bedroom. Porta cots and high chairs are provided free of charge. Each unit is fully equipped including a washing machine with a communal clothes dryer situated at the BBQ area.
Some activities available close to Grampians Wonderland Cottages and the National Park are: rock climbing, abseiling, mountain bike hire, canoe hire, bushwalking, bird watching, scenic drives, 4WD tours, adventure tours; Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Art sites.
The 24 acre site which backs onto the Wonderland Range is a registered 'Land for Wildlife' property which provides natural habitat for a large variety of flora and fauna. Registered with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Land for Wildlife supports voluntary conservation.
Grampians Wonderland Cottages is also protected by a conservation covenant with the 'Trust for Nature'. 'Trust for Nature' ensures that the bushland on the property is protected. |
