The motel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are well equipped with queen sized beds, 37-inch and 40-inch LCD televisions, DVD Player, table and chairs, wardrobe, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge.
Each unit has its own en suite, with heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Large windows look out over a grassed area between the two wings of units, with shade provided by trees and set with tables and chairs.
There is a play area for children with a trampoline, swings and a slippery slide. Undercover parking at the rear of the units is provided allowing direct access through the units' back doors. Set on three acres there is plenty of room for large vehicles.
Holbrook Settlers Motel is family owned and operated and offers a wholesome breakfast menu and evening meals delivered to the rooms.
