From Wilcannia in North Western New South Wales to Echuca -Moama on the border with Victoria, The Long Paddock stretches over 600 kilometres along the Cobb Highway. Interspersed along the route are 47 interpretive panels telling the stories of Australia's early pioneering and droving days.
Travelling by car you can stop almost every hour on the banks of one of Australia's greatest rivers and pass through some of the most majestic landscapes on earth. The Long Paddock now boasts seven of Australia's best large scale sculptures along the route. This is the Outback on your doorstep - come and drive the drovers dream.
