Restdown Wines is set on 1100 acres of natural bush and farmland encompassing an environmentally sustainable vineyard, carbon neutral winery and wetland walking trail, providing the perfect excuse for a leisurely day trip.
Your hosts will be pleased to welcome you to the underground winery and cellar door to sample outstanding wines including the ever popular Restdown Merlot, the Provencal-style Rosé and the Italian-style Sangiovese, as well as a full range of red and white table wines.
Why not take some time out to visit the 1.4 kilometre walking trail - an easy one hour walk over flat ground, taking you beside an old river system that existed around 40,000 years ago.
Sample a local produce platter, try your hand at bocce and browse local artwork.
