| Booking Policy: | Cruise bookings, will be held at no charge, until 1 hour prior to cruise departure time. Booked tickets must be paid for and collected 1 hour prior to departure time or booking will be cancelled. Please telephone Bay Connections on cruise day, to re-confirm your booking. REFUND POLICY: Bookings cancelled 24 hr. in advance will be refunded less a $5.00 booking fee per person, no refunds will be offered after this period. If the cruise is cancelled by the operator before departure, a seat on next available cruise or cash refund will be offered. (Cash Refunds are only offered from Bay Connections direct sales.) |
