Private & secluded property in the sand dunes of St Andrews Beach with the sound of the Ocean waves at your back door. Walk up the steps to the top of the dune and down straight onto the beach. Enjoy many walks through the National park making your own foot print trail. Your accommodation has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a Queen size bed in each - 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds with 3 single and one double bunk. Large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area plus a family room with a 127cm Plasma TV and DVD player. Separate laundry facilities with a gas BBQ also at the rear for easy access from the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cook top and oven plus super family size fridge & freezer. The Dining table can seat 10 and the Lounge has a large open wood burning fireplace. Separate games room with kitchenette, toilet & double bed futon reached by a short walk through the native bush with TV, play station and table tennis table. The property is fenced and gated at the front & sides but the back is the national park boundary so there are no fences along the rear. Many golf courses, wineries and the Mineral Hot thermal springs are all just a few mins drive away.
