Cross the road to the sandy shore and swim at the beautifully scenic Safety Beach, bordered by the clifftops of Mt Martha on one side and the gently curving sands of the bay beaches on the other side. Walk to the pier and try your luck fishing, or the boat ramp is nearby to launch your water craft. | |

| Tariff Guide: | PEAK SEASON December – January - 3 nights min. Dec 1- 25 - 7 nights min. Jan $750 per night $4,299 per week OFF-PEAK SEASON February – November 1-3 nights $1560 then $500 per night after that $3,560 per week. Tariffs are for whole house, maximum 12 people. BYO linen - top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels if you are staying less than a week. Stays of one week or more have linen provided. Linen & towels can be supplied for $250 for shorter stays. |

| Booking Policy: | • Guest Terms and Conditions will be forwarded to you prior to receiving your deposit. • 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking. • A security deposit is required for all bookings, and can be processed as a credit card authorisation, if you wish. • 50% of remaining monies is to be paid half way between booking date and arrival. • Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are to be advised in writing giving details of reason for cancellation. If the property is re-booked by another party, the following refunds are possible - • More than one month before arrival date: 85% refund, less $100.00 admin fee. • 2-4 weeks before arrival date: 50% refund, less $100.00 admin fee. • Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No refund. |
