The Family Shack is an ideal getaway for couples, groups or families wanting a lovely, relaxing break in a home that has everything you could need. This lovely and very comfortable 4 bedroom house sleeps between 12-19 people, has all the mod cons and offers plenty of room for all. Downstairs there is a large games/rumpus room which is ideal for children and adults alike to have some fun. The Family Shack is especially good for mums and dads who want a break from the kids; send the kids down to the games room for a play or a bit of TV while you relax in the spa upstairs with a glass of wine. They'll love it and so will you!! The owners of the Family Shack have thought of everything to make you as comfortable and happy as possible during your stay including a welcome hamper for you to enjoy on arrival. The hamper is bursting with goodies and gifts to help get you started. There is a selection of teas, coffee, sugar, Equal, milk, honey, jam, vegemite, peanut butter, hot chocolate, fruit juice, Champers, bickies,chocolates and cereal. Condiments such as oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, tomato sauce etc are also provided along with toiletries and bathroom supplies. Simply pack your bags, turn up and relax. The property is pet friendly with a fully fenced garden and indoor and outdoor sleeping areas for man's best friend. Features include: • 3 bedrooms in the main house, 2 Queen size and one with 2 sets of bunks and 2 trundles, plus a sofa bed in the lounge area. • The spacious Guest bungalow in the garden has 2 sets of bunks, a trundle and a QS sofa bed, sitting area, fridge, TV, DVD and tea and coffee making facilities. • Comfortable dining and living areas (with plenty of bean bags) • Heating / aircon/ ceiling fans • Large bathroom with a corner spa , separate shower • 2 toilets • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possible want including dishwasher, microwave,blender and sandwich press • Open plan dining room with 12 seater dining table and further seating at the kitchen island bench • Large flat screen TV • DVD • VCR • Great selection of DVD's and videos for all ages. | Booking Policy: | • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of your booking to confirm your reservation. • The balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. • This will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit (unless we are informed otherwise). • A $250 - $500 bond is due 7 days prior to arrival. This bond can be held against your credit card as security. • The bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of expiry of the tenancy provided that it does not require to be activated. • If you cancel the booking any money which has been paid either as a deposit or a balance is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. • If the house is re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will still apply. |
