Tyrone Pines is located right opposite the foreshore at the southern end of Rye and is one of the best calm beach foreshores on the Mornington Peninsula. The private townhouse style apartment will accommodate 4 guests in true comfort and luxury. There are 3 outside entertainment areas: • The roof deck - has close up water views of the bay side. • The front patio - has a gas gourmet BBQ and undercover seating. • The side patio - has an umbrella and private seating. The front and side patios are just outside the sliding doors from the lounge and dining areas. One Queen size bedroom and en suite style bathroom is on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower with instant gas hot water and there is a 2nd toilet with a vanity next door which can be accessed from the hallway. The other Queen bedroom is on the first level with views over the water. All linen is provided. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has a large 40 inch Plasma TV with Platinum Foxtel and DVD player, leather seating and lots of books and games. There is a gas wall heater plus an air conditioning unit for heating and cooling. The kitchen has a large fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, electric upright stove with 4 hotplates and oven. There is a dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery is provided. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and board and there is a drying area in the courtyard next to the undercover parking area which has space for a boat or car. This is a good central spot with privacy, views and oh so close to the water. Right opposite the beach with water views over the bay. The latest tourism information is ready for you in the apartment. 5 min drive to the Supermarket. | |

| Beach, beach and more sand and water on the beach. The front bayside beach of Rye is just a walk over the road from the apartment. The water here is calm and shallow. Great for a small or young family. There are lots of cycle tracks along the foreshore. Walk to the local shops, pub, fish n chips in Rye - Approx 20 mins 4 Boat Ramps to choose from, all 2 mins away Drop a line in from the Rye jetty after getting your bait from the local store at the front. | |
