In the heart of the Mornington Peninsula and just an hour from Melbourne you will find Woodman Estate. As you drive through the gates of this magnificent, landmark property, a magical vista unfolds. Follow the winding drive across the wooden bridge to a stunning English Country House surrounded by lawns and manicured gardens and nestled beside it’s own private lake. Affectionately known as “Woodmans”, this restaurant is renowned for its charming breakfasts, superb a la carte lunches and dinners and its infamous Sunday “high tea”. The kitchen is under the care of Chef, David Sarfaty, who has an impressive background in fine food. David sources quality, local produce where possible and supplements it with fresh herbs from the Estate’s extensive gardens. • Lunch and Dinner – Thursday to Sunday Create your own special occasion and choose between the Formal Dining Room, an elegant a la carte Brasserie and Terrace, all overlooking the water. There are open fires in each dining area and guests are encouraged to enjoy a walk through the gardens or down to the lake between courses.
