Whilst staying at the River Retreat, visit the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery and gift shop and view a superb range of traditional and contemporary Aboriginal artworks, gifts and souvenirs, bush tucker herbs, spices and sauces. At dusk join us for "Ripping Yarns", "Taste of Didge" or “Didge After Dark” an Australian Bush tucker barbecue. Then walk to the riverbank joining the local indigenous people or our swagman around the riverside fire pit to share the stories of this land and their meaning. Enjoy some Aussie larrikin humour at "The Outback Show" performance.
