Easter Fun Festival
Date Sat 20th Apr 2019 to Sun 21st Apr 2019
The Easter Fun Festival at Churchill Island promises two fun-filled days as the farm comes alive with family favourite activities, demonstrations, and entertainment, and even special visits from Peppa and George Pig.

What Easter Festival would be complete without an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday morning? Kids can join other kids their own age in the age-grouped hunting sessions which take place every 10 minutes between 10:00am and 1:00pm.

You will have plenty to keep you busy all weekend with lawn and garden games, Jenga, Noughts and Crosses, Table Tennis, and some Old Time games as well. Nature Parks Education Rangers will also have plenty of fun art and craft activities for the kids, and maybe even mum and dad to join in.

The much-loved working horses will be at the farm all weekend, courtesy of the Victorian Heritage Draught Horse Club, plus there’s a whole range of traditional hands on farming activities and demonstrations including scheduled tractor rides, cow milking, sheep shearing, working dogs and whip cracking. Step into yesteryear with a wonderful display of vintage cars and caravans. The Wonthaggi Woodcrafters will be there on Saturday to help you make your own wooden toy.
Island Whale Festival
Date Fri 5th Jul 2019 to Sun 7th Jul 2019
Celebrate the arrival of some of the ocean’s most majestic creatures as Phillip Island's coastal waters play host to the annual migration of Humpback and Southern Right whales.

The Island Whale Festival provides a wonderful opportunity to dive into this immersive and educational three day event on Phillip Island from 5 to 7 July.

There are many free or low cost activities throughout this school holiday festival, like climbing into the belly of a 19 metre inflatable whale, checking out a marine wildlife photo exhibition and workshop, whale-spotting with an expert, or attending an info session on marine research or plastic reduction, and so much more.

The festival hub is at the Cowes Cultural Centre and a range of events will be hosted across San Remo and Phillip Island.
