Kooringal Cottage is a comfortable three bedroom home. It is ideal for up to four people, but it will sleep six people. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the study. The cottage is also pet friendly.
There is plenty of off street parking, with a wide drive and a large car port. The beautiful magnolia tree in the front lawn gives morning shade to the covered in front verandah, making it a pleasant breakfast venue Kooringal Cottage
Kooringal Cottage is ideal for holidays, family occasions, short term professional accommodation, or relocation accommodation while awaiting permanent placements. It is less than 10 minutes to the central business district, with its huge array of variety shops and restaurants. Only half a block to the local grocery, bottle shop and public transport and four blocks to Kooringal Mall. Large secured rear yard.
Cottage is serviced weekly and prior to each new arrival. All linen and bedding supplied.
