Tumbafest is an exciting weekend of food, wine, music and fun for the whole family. Tumbafest showcases local and regional produce, with particular emphasis on (locally produced) cool climate wines.
Always held on the last weekend in February, the Tumbafest celebrations really start 2 weeks earlier with Dine in the Vines - a gourmet food evening where diners picnic in a working vineyard. The week before Tumbafest, Tumbarumba Races are run.
Tumbafest weekend is fun for all, and the parents can relax and enjoy themselves knowing that their kids are safe and having fun. There are rides and games for the kids, as well as their own entertainment program. And there is no shortage of things to eat - from the traditional dagwood dogs to gourmet and local specialties to the famous Batlow apples.
For the adults, there is food and wine, with wine tasting events, music from some of Australia's best musicians, and a whole weekend to kick back and relax.
