Avalanche is located 45km South East of Canberra in the Tinderry Mountains.

The homestead is positioned on a spur with truly spectacular views.

The homestead has three guest rooms.

Each guest room has a private en-suite.

All guests are welcome to use the huge living area and dining room.

The property runs sheep and cattle. 4WD night safaris to see wild kangaroos and wombats using spot lights and horse riding is available . Avalanche is an internationally renowned self rated 4 star property.
