A small intimate lodge offering tranquility amongst the world’s oldest living rainforest, Daintree Wilderness Lodge is the most natural hideaway ever created. Only two hours’ drive north from Cairns Airport and you will be in the heart of this world heritage area, where the rainforest meets the reef, and your unique holiday experience begins.
The luxury style bungalows offer complete privacy, with interconnecting boardwalks, ensuite bathroom, complimentary DVD, and a viewing roof to allow you to experience the wonder of the rainforest canopy from within your room. A mini bar, and tea and coffee making facilities are also provided.
The restaurant, Cycads, offers a unique dining experience featuring fresh local produce and tropical fruits, and the fully licensed bar boasts a range of specially selected wines for the most discerning palate.
The outdoor swimming pool and spa is located under the canopy of the fan palm forest. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring this unique region.
