Little Folly provides the luxuries of today with the ambiance of a hills station property (Est. 1911). An enchanting cottage with queen sized four-poster bed, double spa, air-conditioning and carport. Enjoy a hearty breakfast basket to cook at your leisure. The kitchen is stocked with homebaked bread, bacon from our local gourmet butcher, fresh eggs from our chickens, cereals, yogurt, blueberries in season, freshly ground coffee beans and a choice of loose tea leaves. Enjoy complimentary port and chocolates. A garden full of history! Our National Trust classified gardens were designed by Edna Walling in 1936. Ellis Stones and Eric Hammonds special rockwork creates a very special magic. Here you will find Wallings signature trees including silver birches. Our juniperus formsana hayata (prickly cypruss) has recently been added to the National Trusts, register of significant trees. No passing traffic! Enter down our 150 metre driveway opening onto ten acres of gardens and blueberry fields. Leave the car behind and walk a five minutes to Olinda Village. Here you will find interesting shops, great restaurants and creative galleries. |
