Come along to Port Victoria for a fun day fishing for the whole family on the water in your own boat or on land at the jetty or off the rocks. Start time from 6am to 12 pm then back at the Coastal Patrol shed between 4pm and 6pm for the weigh in. Barbecue and drinks available from 5pm till 7.30pm followed by the presentation of prizes for the catches of the day. A number of prizes include sections for children, heaviest whiting, snapper, squid and Tommy Ruffs. Members on the day will happily answer any questions regarding safe boating, radio protocol, safety needs and epirb. Ample parking available on site as well as wheelchair friendly. |
