The renowned Kernewek Lowender Art Prize will feature a truly stunning collection of works, which rivals other regional arts events in quality and scale. Awards will be presented in 'Local Art', 'Cornish Heritage' and 'Open' categories at the prestigious Art Prize Soiree. The Art Prize Soiree is held on Monday 11 May 2009, the artists and major awards for the Kernewek Lowender Art Prize are presented. Refreshments are available, there will be music and an opportunity to meet the artist and buy a work or art. Doors open at 7.30pm. Bookings at the Kernewek Lowender Office. The art works remain on display at The Ascot Theatre and Gallery for the remainder of the week and can be viewed for a small entrance fee. The Art Soiree is one of the many events, which make up the Kernewek Lowender - Copper Coast Cornish Festival. |
